1. Check the code switches in the Pager transmitter. The positions must match the setting in any Silent Call receivers. The factory default setting is 1, 2, 3 OFF and 4 & 5 ON. The ON direction is marked on the switch with an arrow.

1. Whenever the button is pressed, the Hand Held pager transmitter will activate and send a signal to any Silent Call receiver (except the Shakeup).
2. When a Silent Call receiver detects a signal from the Hand Held pager transmitter it will activate. If the Silent Call receiver (such as the Sidekick or Good Vibrations) is equipped with indicator lights, the default indication is NO lights showing.

Your Hand Held Pager transmitter is warrented to be free of defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of initial purchase. During that time, the unit will be repaired or replaced free of charge when shipped prepaid to Silent Call Communications. To obtain warranty service, contact Silent Call to obtain a return materials authorization. This warranty is void if the defect is caused by customer abuse or neglect.
